All new machines come with one years warranty and some premium products with two.

If you encounter a problem within the first 30 days from delivery we will phone fix or replace the product, typically within 48 hours.

After 30 days we can still attempt a phone repair - quite often its a minor matter. If no success then pack up using the original box and return to us for fix or repair within 28 days. Please always call us first on 01276-450220 to log the matter with our technical team.

After the repair you can elect to upgrade to a higher level of support - please ask for a quote.
