Whether you have a 2000i, Auto-Everest 600, 5410N or 8200N the entire Rimage range comes with free UK phone support and return to base warranty. For those who wish a more comprehensive level of cover there is the option of Rapid Parts Exchange and for the full level of support there is Engineer on-site cover. Even if you live and work in a remote location we can find the support option that best suits you.

If you have older unsupported equipment - Amigo, Protege etc we can often get you going again and guide you toward upgrades or a replacement path.

If you are more cost concious we can quote for ad-hoc site visits or workshop repair. Prices start at £75 net plus carriage to evaluate your faulty machine.

We can even draw up a spare parts kit for you to do your own repairs should you be more technically proficient.
